At Alpen Roc, no surprises, we tell you everything! However, if you need information and advice to prepare your stay, our team is here to help!
In the rooms
In your rooms, you will find:

- quality towels and bathrobes
- a hairdryer
- toilets separated from the bathroom

- a flat screen TV with access to international channels

In common areas
Wander around the hotel like at home, our common areas are made for that! You will find there:
- our reception and the smile and availability of our teams
- our All Inclusive formula to choose from
- our restaurant room to eat morning and/or evening according to the All Inclusive formula chosen
- our bar with its central fireplace lit in winter
- our drink fountains with unlimited access
- snack every day in the middle of the afternoon
- billiards and table football with free access (provide an extra charge)
- our wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi
- access adapted to people with reduced mobility
- free and unlimited WI-FI connection throughout the hotel

Some things to know before you arrive
- Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the Alpen Roc hotel but are in our other establishments in La Clusaz (our hotels Christiania, Au Coeur du Village, Beauregard, our Residences PVG and our Chalets PVG).
- The tourist tax is additional: €1.60 per day and per person (over 18 years old) to be paid on site.
- Parking, located 200m away, extra: €17/day in winter.
